Is my Sales page convincing?
Share on:
fb share twitter share gplus share more share

Hello all,

I've had a few problems with my sales page. I get around 2 sales a month with an average of 60 visitors a day with on an avergae 2 pageviews per user.

Can you tell me in which way this website isn't convincing a user? Rather, compelling a user to buy?!

Here is my website : Hackbook | Learn How to Hack | Hacking eBook

Any help is appreciated!

Best Regards,
John

Put your offer at the top of the page. What is unique about the information in your book that will make me want to keep reading. The sales page is boring and uninspired, so why would I think the book is any better?

Illustrate a use case or some other example that makes me picture using the skills you teach. Address a problem I have that would make me want to buy the book.

Is there any website that you would like to tell me that is compelling according to you? And what do you think about the Poster on the homepage. Is it a good add on?

What are your thoughts on this theme with a bold and catchy headline? http://csmthemes.com/themes/book/default/

The theme looks pretty good. If you can combine it with great copy and product I think it would definitely be a sales booster.

I love the concept behind the product.

I wonder if the price point being over $20 is deterring? For instance, I know nothing about hacking. I'm somewhat interested in learning. As a total beginner, I could find tons of free content online to get started, no? And even if not, since I know nothing about hacking, how would I know that your digital materials contain better information than what I'd find elsewhere for free?

(I'm just playing devil's advocate here... please don't hack me! LOL)

I'm not suggesting it's a bad product. I'm tempted to buy it myself, to be honest. But I'm also wondering where your visitors are coming from...? And what their level of knowledge or interest in hacking is? Perhaps the traffic you are generating is the issue? I have a feeling total beginners wouldn't be very likely to buy this.

I really like your new theme, it looks awesome. Also I'd offer them the free preview sooner (and make it look amazing) - I only saw its an option after I accidentally scrolled to the bottom of the page.

A complete critique is something that could take hours. To give some of the most important advice in a single post ... you may want to consider having a single action for them to take on the page. Having many different actions they can take on one page tends to make it less likely they'll take any of them.

Also, your graphics are distracting from the copy, and making it harder to read ... and more confusing. This tends to lower sales. You may consider getting copy working first without graphics and then add them in later ... but test that they improve sales when you do add them. They may not.

Hi....

Don't worry. Your keyword put google search engine top page. Highlight your offer. Give a good offer plus ad some free offer. And marketing your product....

I would unhighlight the word 'be' in the subheadline and just start at the word 'AMAZED'

I would also take down the picture of "Emma" because it just looks like a fiverr gig. Idk how many "hackers" use fiverr for outsourcing..

Also, I would set the price point at something that ends in just a 7, like $17 or $27, not $21.3 that honestly just looks uninviting

Also, don't give so many call to actions. You're giving a ton of options to 'learn more' or 'buy now' or 'reach out for more info' that's a lot of options and can be really distracting

Alight. I'll look into it. I think that picture if a nice way of marketing it. I'll change the pricing too then. There is only one action button and I think it would be nice to add some enaggement from the reader side. That's why.

Apart from those points raised.. do you have any plus points or cons?

You made an interesting point there. Infact I had the reason why google isn't better on my last sales page which i forgot to include it this time. This book has all the info in an organized manner and hence a better option. Thanks for reminding me, I have to include this

I added just one action button to make sure there is some responsive from the user as well. In which way, he will be tempted.

The site is appealing as it is - any pro's and cons have been answered already here above so far.

A bold and catchy headline as you propose yourself would be better, but I like the theme and lay out you have put up.

I'm not really sure of a headline at the moment. It needs to sound more 'legal' I guess.
