What do you think about this ad? If you can offer any suggestions please feel free.

My personal opinion:
- image doesn't add any value to the post
- text is too long and you're using free webminar 3 times and don't miss out 2 times. Doesn't help?
- users generally don't care what YOU learned and who YOU worked it. Your users will only care what THEY will learn and what is THEIR benefits. (you should include this information but in the LP, not in the ad.

What I would do if I were you:
- Remove the 2nd paragraph
- Rephrase to: "Join this Free Webinar to learn:"
- Rephrase to: Limited to 100 spots. Book yours now!

Image is meh. Too red and I wasn't able to understand what it is at first.
Stick to one awesome pic that would portray what you want to bring to the table.

I can't see a CTA that really stands out?

You could try adding "Sign up now!" or words to that effect somewhere.

Hey thanks a lot for the suggestions.. I'm going to go back and make some changes.

I've made changes for you.

Needs a clear headline.

I'd add more detail to the 3 main bullet points
when I knew more about what you'll be speaking
about.

The bullet points are 3 things they want.

And I'd get you to change the image of jam packed
small venue. I'd show a small venue because that's
where they can see themselves at, not a stadium.
