Hello All, I would really love to hear your feedback on how I can improve my site to get higher conversions from visitors to buyers. I know that I am meant to be all about solving a need which I have really tried hard to communicate successfully. I have an extremely niche product so if people are looking for them I obviously provide the answer. But what could I improve that would turn more people into customers? How can I improve my: 1) Home page 2) Specific item pages that are for a specific items 3) My checkout page Exhibía® Auctions - FB or G+ account required for bidding is my new bidding site. I am looking forward for hearing your suggestions and feedback |

Page is waaay too busy and disorganized. You need to make the page simpler and clearer about what you want to the visitors to do. Look at similar pages to get an idea of the LAYOUT and start from there. -Ray Edwards |

Appreciate the feedback. Exhibia is the first of its kind, Prefunded Bidding Fee Auction. I am currently seeking for copywriters to help me get the landing pages together. Current list of competitors: PennyAuctionCentral.com - Group Daily Deals for Penny Auctions! Only Facebook or Google verified bidders are allowed to bid on Exhibía® Auctions - FB or G+ account required for bidding, this serves to verify that every bid comes from a real person and never a shill or bot placed by the house to outbid its customers. Raydal Reply was better for you. Just look at your competitors what they are doing and how they are on top and off course getting good conversions. You can update your website titles and add something for users in your title that can appeal them. Making your website design more user friendly can give you good conversions.

A user onboarding / step-by-step explanation of what your site is about and how people can benefit from it would be amazing. It can be done with a video. First time I looked at your site, I got some ideas but to be honest, I'm dumbfounded on what it's really all about.

There's too much going on on the page. When a visitor lands on the page, he should have a clear answer to the following: 1. Where am I? 2. What are you offering? 3. Why is that important to me? 4. What can I do next? Try testing a simpler version of your landing page that has a single focus, a single goal. |

Perhaps you could spread those first four blocks apart a bit, and just below them explain in 3 sentences what the user can do. Font size 5 or so... Example: win an auction by: Creating an account Place bid if you are the last to bid, you win! Then the rest of the page. You don't need copywriters, you need a page layout. Good luck with your new site! |

As far as your main page goes... You should try to explain what you do and makes you unique somewhere where the user can see it. This will help you convert your cold traffic much better. Your page is very wide and it's very busy! I think you'd be better off completely redesigning this home page and trying to neaten up a little bit. If I were someone who had just landed on this page without having been presold or without any knowledge of what this website was.....I would be extremely confused right now. Not even after browsing around do I truly understand what this website offers or what the point of it is or even why I would use it... Maybe some text here and possible a few headlines that explain the service. The first top section of your homepage content should be focused on grabbing the persons attention. I don't think those auctions quite grab my attention nor will they. All I can see is $20 gift cards but there is nothing special about them. They don't have a special discounted price or any kind of catch that makes me interested in clicking them. Ask yourself, why would anyone click those? Why would anyone sign up to this service? Why would it benefit me? Once you have those reasons, find a way to implement them on the home page. Your logo is a little cheap and generic...some websites can pull off this kind of look because they have a superior service and reputation as well as have been around forever but I am assuming none of that applies to your service. I have a lot more but it would take me awhile to keep writing it out and I have things to do lol Anyways, I hope that helps you a little bit. |

Hi Ryan! Thank you, I appreciate the honest feedback. Made a small discovery yesterday. I am getting more signups when doing a Facebook advertising campaign for Exhibia App Page likes, instead of direct app installs. I believe this proves your point that users needs to be pre sold on the idea instead of landing cold. I also agree that $20 giftcards on 8hour timers is not very exciting. We plan to start running bigger giftcards on shorter timers starting 5PM EST time tonight.
