This is strictly opinion, I'm not a landing page expert. I like the clean layout, makes it easy and fast to draw my attention to the target (your optin box), although I'd move the optin to the right a little more and away from the girl w/ her back to the viewer so its not quite so cluttered.

I like the idea of the large 'background' image, but that one in particular looks like a stock, royalty free image, i.e. generic. I'd be more persuaded by an image that was either you with family/friends at some beach of destination, or any image that looks more real and and authentic, and less generic. Just an opinion.... Good luck!

First of all... GOOD FOR YOU that you're creating a custom squeeze page. So many people make this mistake, but it's all a learning process. You've pretty much got a good foundation laid out in terms of the squeeze page. There's only so much you can do before testing is required. You should run some solo ads or at least enough traffic elsewhere to get a good idea on your conversions.

If you need help with solo ads, by all means let me know and I'll be happy to go through things with you.

For what it's worth, here's my $.02:

1.) There is no personalization on the landing page. There should at least be a picture of the person to support the vantage point of: "Let me show you the exact system I use to make..."

Who is making the money? Who is traveling with family and hanging on the beach while raking in big wads? Also, are you a popular person who can be easily identified by your picture? Where is the family you mention in the header? Why aren't images of your current lifestyle showing on the lander to add more perceived credibility?

2.) There is very little info/content on the landing page--to entice people to give away their email address. So no credibility has been established at all. The only people bound to click are other marketers that are curious about the video or what you are doing, or possibly email harvesting bots waiting to sniff out email addresses to spam once you follow-up with them.

3.) The lander needs some testimonials of happy clients/customers, etc, showing in clear view of visitors.

4.) The lander needs a total redesign graphically--to give it a more polished and professional appearance.
