Hey I think you need to get into targeting. We have had a big increase using these techniques. I do not think I am allowed to mention the wso but just search for 1 pixel thats the training we had.

Take away this 'email registration' pop-up window, that appears when somebody want to go on the website. It’s useless because your visitors need to see the proposition before signing. They're just skipping it like I did. Trigger it after the page scrolling. Don’t know the platform you’re using, but picreel can do this.

Your website's aesthetics look great but what's missing is a comprehensive sales funnel and enticing Call-to-actions:
1. I would create 2-3 more CTA's that are catered to specific segments of your audience. I use this tactic in order to gauge what my audience primarily consists of when it comes to their demographics, and most importantly: What they want the most when when it comes to information.

2. Using this data I would then begin the lead nurturing process my creating email blasts to the the different segments with personalized emails... thus increasing changes of selling to them through out the sales funnel, ultimately developing reach and bringing new users into the funnel.

Actually the most effective way is to direct target traffic to your site. So where are you posting your site to? You may want to have a pop up or put your registration form in the center of your page. Also it's better to offer a free gift as your lead magnet and get their registration. U need to emotionally connect with your audience. Understand their need first, then put it in your capture/product page. When you start focus on your audience instead of your product or email collecting, emails and money will follow you.
I can't see what your specialty is in your page and hence it doesnt stand out among all the catering services.
