Bad landing page. Are you using wordpress. If yes then probably change your theme.

I think there's too much going on. The photos catch the eye instead of the text. The text is too long. The call to action needs to be bolder. The visitor needs to understand in 3-5 seconds what's in it for him and why should he sign up.

I don't think is that bad. I like big images that communicate what you want. You can improve the menu, the one you have is kind of weird. Just make it smaller. And change the colors to be more friendly.

one more thing... you need to get ur page to be mobile friendly...did you try view your page on your mobile phones?
