Hi All, I am facing conversion issues for a website of mine. Most of the users are leaving their orders in between only. They just jump off the page after filling half of the information. Is there any tool or software I can integrate into my site so that i can know how many partial orders are there and I also want to utilize their half filled information. In short I want to retain my visitors and increase my customer life cycle.. Any help is appreciated ! |

Google Analytics can give you this information. Look for traffic dropoffs between steps. If you want to get really fancy, you could use Kissmetrics. There are certain cart abandonment techniques that you could use to help this problem (band aid fix). That or split test where the leaks are (long term fix). |

Do you mind telling us the website so we can take a look, and decide if there are any on-page factors causing them to leave after they get to the offer form? For instance, maybe you are asking for information that they don't want to reveal? |

I can see the drop off data in GA but is there any way to figure out how to hold those visitors. To make them stay for about 20 seconds. can you explain about that band aid fix? @AyiamDigital on-page is not the issue. I have to work on retention of the visitor. |
