First things first, check your websites analytics for visitors, user engagement, bounce rate, etc.. Review these stuffs first before getting into conversions. Do you get decent amount of visits, do users click other pages or stay longer when landed on your website, do they close the tab when they landed on your website, etc.. If you want to convert your visitors into potential customers. You need to make your service (in this case your website) more credible and appealing. Design and content are important factor for conversion. Goodluck on your website! |

In internet marketing, conversion optimization, or conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a system for increasing the percentage of visitors to a website that convert into customers, or more generally, take any desired action on a webpage. It is commonly referred to as CRO.

Based on the products and services page, you are definitely getting views and traffic. Unfortunately the meter for the "Bought" still isn't increasing. Are you targeting the right people on the market? Who are you targeting on your marketing campaigns(demographics, interests, etc.)? Focus on small groups of people fist, where you think you can maximize the capability of selling products or services online. Do A/B testing on your designs specially your CTA's. Master the psychological effects of designs, patterns, colors that could affect conversion rate. Add some plugins that prompt the users before they were able hit the close button on the browser. Add some creativity on the wordings and make it more personal. I'm not saying that these are the exact answers of market conversions, but you could at least give it a try. |

| Here's the #1 reason for lack of conversions, regardless of the amount of traffic: TOO MANY ELEMENTS ON THE HOMEPAGE The visitors have no clue what you want them to do when they land on the page, because there are far too many options competing for attention/action. If a visitor lands on your homepage with a particular offer in mind, they may get distracted by all of the 'stuff going on' and not convert in the end. It's easy for them to get distracted and confused.. Should they click on one of the navigation options on the menu? Or should they click on one of MANY calls to action? -Buy now -Click here to earn a point -Save up to 20% off -Get Gellish for hand and feet.... -Subscribe now ...and those are just the distractions above the fold (what's in view before the visitor scrolls downward). There are far more as you scroll down. Give your visitors only ONE main call to action to execute, above the fold, to increase conversions. And do away with the additional distractions on your homepage, by putting them on another page(s). This will probably require careful planning, and a total overhaul of your website's layout. You can also create separate landing pages for each offer/call to action, to see how that increases engagement. |

Hey there, So I took a look and without reading anything about what your site was about I jumped on and right away I didn't know what your website was about. Now that's okay if your paying for traffic, but for organic traffic that puts a huge stagnant on people converting to buyers. Secondly is the colors.. I'm iffy about the Yellow, green, and all the different colors on it. To merge information is just to much that I'm scared to click anywhere, try spacing out your content and not having so much I the home page. What action do you want them to take? Join your email list? Buy a product? Try using a popup instead of having a little "join now" email list. Make it so where it screams when I go to your site "Give me your email address and I'll give you this in return! Are you interested??" Something like that. I love the menu bar, but have a color scheme. Choose 2 colors and stick to them. 3 max, but the 3rd color shouldn't be very noticeable and really subtle. The number 1 thing I have to say though is when I go on your site I (without knowing what it's about) my eyes are immediately drawn down to the pictures and I see a bunch of different subjects.. And it makes me confused. Change your site so it's clearly visible what your site is for. Then after like 5-10 seconds on the site have it be a popup of an offer that makes me want to opt-in to your list. Make an offer (something that I get that moment, not just to stay up-to-date) the only time I opt-in to people's forms to stay up to date is when I constantly go there. Make the popup clear and concise. Try removing the Yellow background and making it white. And have the popup be a beautiful ad offering me a free product in rerun for my email address. I know it's a lot. But it's a lot of me just repeating some key points that you need to fix. -The colors -What do you want your visitors to do when they get to your site? -Right when I click I (from a consumer stand point) I want to know what you do. Maybe make a video.. Change the opt-in form, the red blends to much in with the pictures so it doesn't standout as much as it should. Try using a popup menu after I been on the site for a while. Hope this helps Sorry if it sounded harsh I meant it for the best! Adam |

Different things will work for different websites depending on the target market and what you are selling. There are some general guidelines with CRO however the best way to get what you need is data, split test, multivariate test until you reach a point of critical mass where you can no longer get a big enough increase based on what you are putting in. Generally the copy is important, content requires: 1. Grab (headline) 2. Engage (Sub-headline) 3. Inform (Body Copy) 4 Offer (Call to Action) Everyone is constantly bombarded by marketing every waking minute, make your stand out, grab there attention, keep it, explain what the benefits are of your product or service and offer them something. Think about the emotion they might be buying with and use images to feed into that, colours can make a big difference again depending on your target market and how you use them. Think particularly about the colours of the Call to Actions, in buttons, the copy you use etc. Then use a tool like Hotjar that is super cheap to analyse Heatmaps, video recordings of user sessions. Get the basics out the way then the split and multivariate testing begins. Expect this process to be on-going and take some time though! |

Thank you for the detailed answer. All of the points you have shared that is really good and can help for improving. This is basically an online deals website that sells deals voucher. And the concept of Subscribe box for collecting the Email list so that send daily newsletter to subscriber. Also working on design section and looking for more call to action so that can get conversion. Regards | |

Actually the most effective way is to direct target traffic to your site, offer a free gift as your lead magnet and get their email. If you want to make front end sales, it's better to emotionally connect with your audience. Understand their pain first, then put a solution in your capture/product page. When you start focus on your audience instead of your product or email collecting, emails and money will follow you. You may want to check out this website. The conversion rate is the highest among all the product i have used. Watch how they resonate with their audience. And the free lead magnet is a systems with trainings on internet marketing. You can collect leads with this system and market your product/website with emails. People dont act until 10 follow ups... |

The first thing that came to my mind is - you should tweak the "buy" button. It should really look like a button, and it's kinda unusual to have a red buy button.. for a second or two I couldn't find where exactly I should click to order stuff. It would be a good ideas to place the order button somewhere in the description of the offer, you can even include it twice.. in the middle and in the end

I can agree particularly with the all the tips above, but also have my own two cents. I think you should try out Picreel’s platform with their pop up boxes. It’s definitely the easiest way to rise up the conversion rate.

Include a simple video on landing pages to show there’s a real person behind your brand. also Include a no-questions-asked refund policy on all purchases. This reduces risk, and increased sales will usually more than make up for any returns. |
