Hey everyone. Quick question. My website is getting a lot of hits to the article sections that I am advertising, but I am getting no conversions for my mailing list, and for the subscribe button on my landing page. Im using adwords to drive traffic to the landing page. I had over 250 hits to this one blog post but nothing no one subscribed to the mailing list

No one knows what your book is going to do for them.

Seems like it needs to be more specific....

Free guide shows how Mike was able to land 5 dates in one week

Sharon was able to lose 12 pounds and 3" off her waist using this free guide

What exactly does your guide do?

Are you talking about the blog post page or the supercharger page?

Well the guide is an incentive to sign up for the magazine, on the supercharger page. You can get the guide when you sign up to the free mailing list as well for the blog posts. The magazine is pretty self explanatory of what it is? The Supercharger Magazine | Chris Ranieri

The Supercharger Magazine | Chris Ranieri

The CTA doesn't look like a button. Reduce its size and make it button like.

"Load my new life?" To be honest no need to be clever , just state the benefits of magazine and problems it solve , describe your offer and use "Send me free issue" "Get the magazine"..etc, Just stick to what has worked.

And don't be shy and hide the price, especially first CTA . Put the price clearly. Offer money back guranteee. Lots of things to do to be honest

You need to have a better optinpage to convert your visitors into subscribers. Maybe try using optinmonster or any optin plugin in the web. you can also create A/B testing using that plugin.

hope it helps

You have to build relationship with your audience. Capture their emails. Educate and entertain them. Asking them to buy after only 1 article is like asking a girl for marriage after first date.

You want someone to sign up for a monthly subscription.

I am guessing you are going to need testimonials....

Do you have a relationship with the people you are sending to this page?

If not, why should people sign up for your subscription? who are you? what qualifies you?

I feel like this should be an offer you promote to your list once you have built a relationship with them.

Here are some tips that might help you:

Use Popup box (Opt in monster will help)
Create multiple opt in boxes (You are only using one box right now)
Add an opt in box at the top of your webpage
Be more specific
Use Images (create an eBook cover image in 3D)

Hope it helps

Hello Chris

I have had a quick look at your website an read the comments from people trying to help you. I can tell you what you are doing wrong.

You seem to be trying to sell a monthly subscription to your Magazine for US$24.95 a month, with a US$5 discounted price for the first issue.

You are on the right track but your model is wrong. You will have a very difficult time trying to sell a $24.95 monthly subscription to an online Magazine. That is far in excess of the cost of high quality glossy printed Magazines that would cover similar subjects.

I can show you how to change your model, how to use your Magazine in a different way.

The reason you should take notice of what I say - My Dad an I own one of the largest IM Business's in the world, over US$14 million a year turnover an 60 full time employees. Our smallest Division is Affiliate Marketing, we make around US$3 million per year in affiliate commissions, using MAGAZINES as our means of promotion. My 18 year old Daughter also runs her own IM Business's, an makes over US$400,000 a year from 2 of her MAGAZINES.

So my advice:

You give your Magazine away for free, you use the free subscription to your Magazine as the bait to build your subscription list.

You make your profit from running Affiliate Ads in your monthly Magazines

I won't go into more detail here, I gave a lot of information on our model for using Magazines in a WF Thread back in 2012. The Thread was related to Amazon but my replies were more general an will help you understand our concepts. A few things have changed since then, we were using Social Lead Freak to target Facebook Groups to build our subscriber lists, that doesn't work now but you can use FB Graph Search to do similar targetting. The Thread URL is:
http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...000-month.html

I don't really like your Magazine Title - "The Supercharger Magazine". Whats's that bout? Maybe something to do with some new phone chargers???. A Magazine Title has to be descriptive of the Magazines content, an I have no idea whatever of what your Magazine is about from that Title.

Hope that helps you.
Cheers
Lindy

Hi, I think building a blog is a great base that you can promote all your offers & products plus you can use your side widgets side panels for adsense ads or other banners ads etc.

And the way I have got traffic to my blog was youtube video's pointing to my main blog mattfeast.com, this has boosted my site, also when I post a video I ping the video & also let twitter, facebook, pinterest know, this really create's traffic to my blog. So far this has worked.

I am getting a few convertions every 2/3 days & every now & then I get a toptier commission which is great but I do put the time in & you must create fresh content which helps.

I hope this helps

Regards Matt Feast

Please add some testimonials into this page. when you are selling a magazine at least you gotta add some value into it otherwise how do you expect people to buy it!

change your model on this page, make it more compelling and why there is no pop-up ?

Good that you have a lead magnet to collect emails. But I don't feel connected with your messages. How do you measure your confidence level and how did you arrive at 150%? Maybe you want to put something related to her friends' reactions..
I guess this could be why you dont have sales from your list. Far too often we focus on the products but customer;s pain. I think you may want to focus on the pain and come in as a guru. talk about your experience and connect with them before you sell.

Why are you selling your own e Magazine on your own site as primary focus? There are other channel already setup for that.

Try it on those first and if no one want it then you need a better product.

In this case, I would recommend you to take into consideration an exit intent technology. More specifically - call to action pop-ups, that appear when your visitor is about leave. As for me, I’m using overlays made by Picreel (easy and convenient), but I think you can use any you like.

Maybe it is not still enough to build trust and encourage customer to take action for conversion, you need to consider again to ensure quality and attracting content, then you can add more testimonials that makes visitors become more trusted and can increase the conversion rate, finally do not to provide fully necsesary information that you feel important for customer and your website items.

When you ask someone to pay money for something, you gotta prove them that it is worth to do so. As a customer, if I am going to shop online, I will read the comments from others carefully. So you need more testimonials to convince your audience.

Hi Lindy,

You have advised Facebook Graph Search to use instead of SLF which is not working anymore. The problem is that as I can see Facebook Graph Search is dead as well. I am really lost here.. Which software should I use at the moment? As it seems all targeting software is shutting down..
