Sorry all, i am newbie, i don't know about it conversion rate? what does it mean? and use to? and optimization for??

When you get a lead, that's a conversion.

The conversion rate is calculated by dividing the number of clicks to an offer, and the number of conversion, hence, conversion rate.

And conversion rate optimization is having the most of your traffic source (for example).
Let's say you have 100 impressions, and they generated 1 conversion
You want to look at that keyword that generated your conversion and then optimize it, one example is by bidding half of the keyword's epc, but that's another story and more complicated, and I don't want to confuse you.

The conversion rate is the percentage of users who take a desired action. Conversion rates helps you to get more sales and customers out of your existing users. For that you need to test with people's behavior of what they are looking on your website.

Conversion Rate itself defines from the word, it means the number of person you have approached and the answers you got.and the one who finally decided to go through with your services from there we count the conversion and rate also it can be considered as the average.

Don`t get too technical with him at first, I`m not sure he knows what a lead is if he doesn`t know what the conversion rate is.
