I've posted a thread earlier this year for feedback on my site which can be found here Now my site has been opened for over a year now. Sales aren't great, but not to bad either. What has been bothering me though, are the abandoned carts. Because that is money lost IMO. Can I receive some honest feed back on my site which sells air purifiers. Although opinions from a marketer's perspective might be valuable, i really would like to hear from the perspective of a customer wishing to purchase an air purifier. |

Here are just a few suggestions for you. I'm not a customer of air purifiers, but I'm experienced with ecommerce CRO. 1. "I want to buy now, how do I buy?" I have to scroll pretty far down the page until I find some of the products listed with prices and a Shop Now button. - I would change main navigation link called "Air Purifiers" to "Shop Now". Make it obvious to the customer. 2. Great photography on the site. Well done. 3. I would ditch the home page slider in favor of a single image, with some text and a call to action... to either Shop Now, or Join your Mailing list. - Are you building an email list? You're leaving money on the table if not. 4. EVERY page should have a call to action... to Shop Now or Join your list. 5. Consider adding additional Add to Cart button on the product detail page, below the product details... otherwise I have to scroll back up to add it to my cart. Those are just a few, but I think all are very worthwhile for you to test. I've seen big improvements will these kinds of changes. Feel free to PM me with questions. |

Your website need reorganization. The site is attractive, but how it is presently arranged is not the best way to get sales. I've done this so many times for my clients and seen a bump in conversion. All the INFORMATION about the air filter --problem --> solution should be on the home page. Do not let the customer have to go clicking to get at answer to "Why Clair Purifiers?" This is central to them choosing your brand. Presently the site is laid out to suite pre-sold traffic and not new eyes. -Ray Edwards |

Really awesome site! You’ve even got a small but quite informative blog. Nice work. But nevertheless I have few suggestions for you. First - sitemap, it’s difficult to find the “purchase” button. It should be visible at once. Secondary - easy, one step exit-intent pop-up to improve conversion. I’m using picreel, but you can chose whatever you like. Third - simplify your landing page with 2d infographic. It’s little bit heavy.
