So I'm told currently working well in Real Estate for lead gen is doing a simple "Whats my house worth?" page where the person enters their home address. then brings them through a set of questions, asking info on their home to do a home comp. giving them the 'impression' that a chart or instant info will spit out when they are done. Then at the end it casually asks for a few days to gather the information and deliver it. From there some Deliver it personally or mail it priority, with a sales letter prompting a push to list with them etc...... Does anyone have a Good working example of a "whats working now" using this method and has it morphed in any new direction?? I yet have seen a good top notch example of this...... any Realtors, or marketer that I can see a good example of this type of method THANKS! |
