As I mentioned it's very high competitive niche & there is no conversation what so ever. The traffic is organic (SEO). Any advice & help please.

No conversation? How targeted is the traffic? What do you sell? With 140 visitors/day you could slip test different products, prices and design elements. Just keep in mind that bounce rate is a factor for SEO. |

You must concentrate more on contents. Find out proper keywords and write your articles around it. Also find out quite a niche product which could certainly click eyes of people.

Posting content which is quality superior to your competition can help you get more visitors plus you can start building email lists which can be monetized later on.

Use google analytics to see what those 140 people do on your site and find a way to advertise through that.

You could try checking the stats of your site to see where the problem lies. Or you can also go for targetted traffic like PPC and ads. Have you also done some marketing promotions on social media?
