How the heck Can you use CRO for an eCommerce Site!

Hey,

I read a lot about CRO lately, lot of books and articles, then I met someone who is an Expert in Conversion Optimization, and he advised me to learn more and offer my services as an CRO Consultant for Blogs and eCommerce websites...

However I don't have much experience in eCommerce sites, And I just got my first client, who says the bounce rate of his eCommerce site is too high (90.99% as of today).

This is his website... Pocketle

Can you guys please help me out with some useful tips to reduce his bounce rates and get people to buy his stuff... I would really appreciate it, Thanks

That's a big subject. The simplest answer to start with is looking at the type of traffic he's getting and where it's coming from. Is it quality traffic? Is it mobile enabled? Where is the traffic going?

From there look at pushing stuff up the fold of the page. There is a graphic taking up almost the entire page.

That's just off the top of my head looking at the home page.
