Thats a good article. One of the key things is to always have an opt-in incentive at the end of your blog articles (like I have on my website), as thats where your visitor's eye flow ends up. Don't just offer a newsletter opt-in - give them something of value for free, like a free ebook. I actually went a step further and offered a free toolbox. Gets great opt-in rates. You also need to optimize what's in your side bar - take out the clutter and focus it on your key site goals. For example, you don't really need your latest tweets and categories of posts - give them something more useful, like most popular articles.

Well written article! The first 100 words of content carry more weight and should be used to provide a brief description of your content.

I will go ahead and call it a growth hack of sorts... the best growth hack to getting more of anything... ASK FOR IT. At the end of you post creatively activate your readers with a request to respond. I am not talking the run of the mill "Have any questions comments or thoughts respond below" kind of thing. Ask questions. and example "I just listed the top 5 computer brands.. do you have others to share, comment below"

Reading through much of the content that has been shared in this forum and the Growth Hack forum, you start to see a pattern.. ALL of these folks ask you to share the material. I have tested this with a number of PDF's that I produce. I will send a bunch out with not a mention of asking. Send some out with a cover page and last page asking to share, and then the one I use Most ( best return ) is on the bottom right of every single page "This report was free to you, and free to share, enjoy!" or "Do you have a friend that would enjoy this as much as you? Please share!"

That's a good article thanks for sharing.

The main thing is providing value to your readers and try to create your own style as a blogger. If you can create yourown style then you can brand yourself and keep your audinece engaged.

1. Make your writing style direct to your reader
2. Always reply your comment by thanking them with their name.
3. Avatar make different, use your own face for the avatar.
4. Install plugin to highlight top commentators on your blog (this will add backlink to their profile thus will increase people to comment)

Hope you like it.
