Hi Sure, there are resources out there which show examples of sucessful long-copy salesletters. Collections of swipe-files even exist. But, in this internet-age, we don't only need a sales letter. We need Autoresponder Emails too. You know, the 5 or 6 emails that are sent to you after you put your name and email into the seller's squeeze page. So - anyone know of any collections of nice and interesting Autoresponder Emails that we can learn from? Or would anyone be interested in putting something like this together? |

I have some autoresponder templates that I sell in my sig -- that's not exactly what you're asking for, but they might help. Jay White also has some free videos on writing emails -- I don't have the link handy, but he'll probably stop by here and post it.

You can email me at loren@copymatch.com and I'll send you a link to download a big-one. It's all licensed. I just don't want to post a link publicly because it's on my hosting. I was also thinking of releasing a swipe file of emails I used successfully to promote money-making programs along the line of MLM stuff. I seldom swipe my own stuff because I like to keep growing as a writer and crank-out new material - but if you are promoting "make money" stuff and need to enroll people in liking you and wanting to do business with you this stuff is effective. Would anybody be interested in such a product? |

I have a folder in my inbox labeled "inspiration" where I file emails that I like. There are a lot of Matt Furey emails in it along with some by Jay White, Ben Settle, Christian Godefroy and a few others. Feel free to browse my portfolio of some of the emails I've written for clients over the past two years. |

You want to see some amazing e-mails. Go over to MattFurey.com and get on his e-mail list. He's into health and fitness but it doesn't matter what the topic is, just watch the structure of how he writes his e-mails. He really knows how to capture attention and force you to keep reading right down to his offer, and yes he does make the offer irresistable. I've been on his list for quite some time and It really is an education to see how he brings in multiple 7 figures a year. Matt is a student of Dan Kennedy and Ted Nicholas and it really shows in his writing. Take care, Bill Jeffels | |

Akira, Matt Furey has been mentioned a few times. His e-mail copy is phenomenal. I'd also recommend getting on Trevor Crook's list. He seldom sends e-mails, but when he does, the copy is excellent. I saw Ben Settle's name, too. His e-mails, why usually not open pitch fests, are incredible. I've always found myself anticipating his next one. The key, really, is just having a good hook. I think many will agree that a good hook, in e-mails especially, is usually a story. Hope this helps, Angel |

Uh, check your inbox. And spam folder. Both are usually crammed with autoresponders. Save'em all. Now see which ones get duplicated - these likely are the ones that are pulling better. This lets you select autoresponders that suit the style you want yours to reflect, that deal with topics similar to what you're writing on, etc. Also, you can often locate good Subject Lines from what these ARs used... easily adaptable to your own ARs. Hope this helps, Dot |

This has definitely been a pain point for me as well. I've had some success searching google using the following: filetype:doc autoresponder That usually returns a series of autoresponder emails that someone has left on their site. That being said, they aren't always the best, but it helps me see the big picture in terms of providing content vs. links to affiliate products (and how they pitch someone else's product). I can easily write emails for my own stuff, but trying to say something halfway compelling for someone else's product doesn't come easily to me... |

Eban Pagan or David Deangelo has a great autoresponder series that has been tweaked to perfection. Whenever I am writing my autoresponder series and need "inspiration" I always dig out his emails .
