Any Interest In A Free Copywriters Mastermind Group?

Hey Guys,

Here's what I'm thinking...

A private group where we can help each other out as a whole...

No sales pitches or anything. Giving advice/ideas on each others projects, in house private critiques, advice on finding work for those who need it, raising fees, things like that.

I've already got the infrastructure in place...

If you're interested, shoot me a PM or reply here.

This would be a small group, I'm thinking 20 or so people, just helping each other out.

Any ideas from the group would be great too... However we can help each other, I say we do it. It's easier to grow as a group than to go it alone.

It would be 100% private, no indexing by search engines, so we can discuss specifics about clients, ideas for USP's, things like that.

I just finished a client letter tonight. I could post it here for feedback, and let the whole world know...

Or I could show it to a few people I really trust and get honest feedback...

I'd definitely be interested in that. I'm always interested in learning and growing as a copywriter, because it allows me to do better work for my clients. There have been many times I have wanted to post a client letter for a critique but haven't wanted it to be available for the search engines or the general public - a group like that would really be great to give and receive help from my colleagues.

We need guidelines, and only full timers... I don't want it to be a group about the basics of copywriting...

I'd be interested, but am probably not qualified as I've done very little "real copywriting" so far. I have my first client for a Clickbank (probably) sales page (product not ready until December, which probably means January). I'd therefore be a "net taker" from such a group rather than a "net contributor" to it in any meaningful sense. I am, in fact, probably exactly the sort of potential member that others interested would, perhaps understandably, prefer to avoid! But I wish you well with it.

So we've got some privacy.

What I am interested in though is that, 48 hours in, "Any Interest In A Free Copywriters Mastermind Group" generates 162 views whereas the somewhat less professionally-themed "Frank Kern Can Eat My Shorts" gets locked up after a public lynching and over 1,417 eyeballs.

"Public lynching" - that's funny! These kind of threads always get locked down when they degenerate into a bunfight. Mark and Kevin need to take it outside. It's getting boring. Apart from that...I didn't get a chance to reply to some of the more scurrilous mud that was being thrown. But you get that. C'est la vie.

What's to understand?

Not every copywriter is interested in a Mastermind Group. Anyone who isn't a copywriter isn't going to open a Copywriters-only thread either.
