Too bad he's not willing to take someone who has to telecommute... My relocating to NC would be a BIG hassle, being Canadian, eh.

I've traveled all the way from Scotland, and there's not a Haggis in site at the local Target. In fact you can't even get whisky there, now that's a hassle!

The big benefit of being in-house is the in-person training/mentoring - the "top dog" copywriter here is world class (so say the industry leaders) - if you're really serious about wanting to excel as a copywriter re-locating should just be considered part and parcel of your excellent adventure (so say Bill and Ted).
