Default Do you think my header is too spammy?

Just wanted to know what you guys think about my header at Affiliate Marketing Training | Affiliate Profit Mentor Blueprint To Make Money Online .

I need honest opinion, if you find it sucks, say the truth. At first (a couple of months ago), I use to like it, but the Internet is becoming more web 2.0, and I really find it's spammy.

Marlon Sanders advised me to change it and split test it.

Thanks for your help.

I don't think it's "spammy" at all, Franck, and I'm surprised if others do.

(You don't mean "scammy"? I don't think it's that, either, though. It's not even making an earnings representation - just an undeniably factual observation).

I like it.

Thank you Alexa, glad to see that you like it... and you are right, I meant scammy (excuse my French...).

I'd like to see more feedback.

What you'd think if you were a newbie trying to make some smackeros online?

I really like it. It's eye-catching in a good way - by this I mean that it interests you in the website, but it's not interesting enough to detract from the actual content (hopefully I worded that well In short, I like it)

One quick thing though - I'm colour blind and the red "MENTOR" text is a little hard on my eyes (perhaps just because of the blue background, I'm not sure). Just mentioning it, since I know most people obviously can't see such issues

Overall though I really like the header.

As a newbie, I am immediately thinking "this feels like too much, theres no way I can make enough to have stacked of cash/sports cars etc"

However, It DOES make me want to read on to see how you can back it up.

My 2 cents.

Franck,

I agree with Marlon on the header.

It needs to be a smaller height. All of the money scattered thru it is overkill in my opinion. Simplify it would be my quick advice.

The header needs to complement your sales copy, not overpower it. Unless you put an order button in the header, it's only a complement and not the main sales maker for you.

My 3 cents,

Mike

Thank you Tritan,

Interesting people in the website is the ultimate goal. I want the header to stop them in their track, stop and think. hmm, I need to read this thing..

As for the colour, I must admit that I'd have chsen another colour for a blue background as well...

Thank you for this. Pretty interesting. I was thinking about this myself. It's like too much.

But if it makes you read the message, it's what I really want at the end of the day.

Thanks for you 3 cents Mike.

From the day I received the header, I thought it was too big. You just confirmed my thoughts.

I'll try to get the original graphic artist to revise it according to your comments.

Thank you warriors for your help.

All the best,

Franck

Thanks for your review Paul.

Actually I was worried about the credibility. I just wanted to comment on what you just said and add that even if they click on the site, nothing prevent them to close the page right away. That's the header's role. They know what is it all about once they land on the page.

You'r right on, this should be tested without header as well.

I'm worried about this one...

Yes, I must say that it helps a lot, thanks a lot for your advice.
