Especially if you have restaurant owner clients... this NYT's article is must read. Some of the pricing lessons are already being used widely in IM. The funny thing is the last time I ate there was with a fellow internet marketer! Lots of fun to eat there with so many different dishes, but I cannot remember if the dollar sign was left off of the menu when I was there last. |

I've seen the dollar sign off at various restaurants. Guessed at the underlying psychology but never thought too much about it. Thought the main motivation might just be to seem more chic. Nice to now know otherwise.
