Does Anyone Have The Thomas Hall DM Guide?

Gary Halbert learned almost everything about writing copy from Thomas Hall. He wrote the "Thomas Hall Direct Mail Guides". It is quite old and probably in the public domain. Does anyone have a copy? If you do, would you be willing to re-publish it?
