Hi Marcia, Good question. Without dampening marketing creativity, allow me to offer a bit of a "cheat sheet": 1. Look beyond the specific product discussed. Look at the NEEDS or benefits the product fulfills BEYOND THE CURRENT PRODUCTS IN THE MARKET.I'm not trying to be coy at all. Innovation is a sloppy, messy, conflicted business.
