How to sell local business websites

Hi everyone, would love to hear some ideas on how to market and sell local business websites, I have sites like GoldCoastBookkeeper.com, AdelaideAirConditioners.com, AdelaideFitnessCentre.com, I have around 30 sites like this and need some help

I'd use good old-fashioned direct mail.

Either create a compelling direct mail piece that does most of the persuading, or send an attention grabbing postcard that gets them to call you and sell 'em over the phone.

I would target specific businesses that can benefit from the traffic and solicit them by mail or phone.
