Hey, Right now I am only converting 2.5% of my list on a cheap product and the autoresponder series has a total of 5 follow-ups and I want to take it to 7. However, I was wondering when you get most of your sales? Would you say you get them the first few e-mails you send out or would you say you get them more after you've built that relationship and made the 7 contacts with them? This is why I am asking if e-mails 1-7 have more value or every e-mail after 7 as far as converting the same product. Thanks! |

I go to 12, and it seems that's just about the cutoff for any further conversions for my incentive purchases. Often it will creep up to 6% avg conversion rate, but anything beyond after 7 or 8 messages seems to be rapidly diminishing returns.
