If that is email number 10 in your course, then that gets sent to everyone who is on the list. What if someone on the list has already bought it and then receives this last email?

Hi I'm quite thorough with purchases so once someone has bought then I take them off the list and ask them to subscribe to a different one, but yeah occasionally someone could slip through the net and I understand this.

Maybe I have too much faith in my product and people but I genuinely believe that once someone tries it they will think that it is money well spent and only a minority would get their money back..but these people could actually do that anyway.

We have had very few refunds.

To be fair - one would have to see the copy on the previous auto-responders before truly giving you a fair critique. Each auto-responder should cause your prospect to take one small step in the right direction - if that's not done, then the final email might be asking them to take one big leap..and not all maybe prone to that kind of faith.
