As this is a forum for copywriters, you'd probably have a better response on the 'Members Looking To Hire You' forum, elsewhere on Warriors.

You can approach reviewers through the Amazon system.

I've been approached lots of times and mailed books to read
and review. I tell it like I see it, and most reviewers in the
top 10,000 probably do as well, so if you're looking to buy
soft-peddle reviews for a bad book, trying to get established
reviewer to invest their time is probably a bad idea.

Of course I've seen a lot of reviews for self-published books
where the publisher/author is clearly trying to game the
review system. It's a waste of time and energy to do it
though, because only genuine word of mouth will get real
people reading and discussing your book.
