The first step is to remove any obstacles between the customer and purchasing. Then make it easy for them to pay. What payment options do you offer? Have you looked at your web logs to determine where you are losing the customer?

Hi,

The only payment method is PayPal which should be fine. I'm not sure where the customer is being lost, I do know that 30% of the people who get onto the sales page leave and that it has a bounce rate of 42%. Yesterday it had 128 page views which is 17% of all views on the site.

You have way too much stuff on your landing page. Limit the options considerably.

You're asking for the order way too soon.

Consider testing this...
Get into the heads a bit. Find out what they are looking for when they land on your page. Address that concern first where they never see an order form or order button. Move them along the decision process with your free content. Then ask for the order (of course timing your close at just the right time is going to be crucial for this strategy).

First of all that url did not load the homepage. When I visited homepage I noticed it does not tell me what the main benefit of visiting thisd site is - usually using a headline is the perfect way - instead you have 9 boxes with text pretty much hard to read as well. Why? Because best way for ppl to read text is when it's written in black on white background, so especially that part I suggest you make it white background it's the first section people look at.

You need to learn how to write what's known as killer headlines... to grab their attention and get them to stick around... get them interested.

Before I start, congratulations of making 60 Euro a month. It may seem little but many people don't make that much from their sites.

Adding to what Mirnova said, the problem is not with the page - it's with your business model.

At this point you just expect people to buy by visiting the home page - not always a good idea.

The text is to "academic". Remember, studying for a test is not something people look forward to. There need to be more tangible, emotionally attractive reasons to buy.

When you use words like "methodology" people just yawn and click away.

Spice it up, make it more fun.

More importantly,you can redesign your sales funnel in a way that will make you more money.

Split testing is the way to go. You can also do multivarate testing but it is more advanced. Run a few hundred people past each version of the page.

Headline has the biggest effect, but don't just assume the headline is the problem.

I used to sell a tool that made testing a lot faster (but not anymore, unfortunately)

I agree with Mirnova. Salesmanship is a process.You'd have better odds if you would treat it this way. Basically the steps go like this: lead>prospect>qualified prospect>customer>post sale support/ upsell

Typically the conversion from lead to prospect is done through list building. In your case an alternative would be to allow free accounts and charge for "premium" features.

As for the high cart abandonment rate, a trick that worked for my customers is to offer a bonus unavailable elsewhere except the checkout page. Greed is a powerful motivator.

60 euro per month is a good job done so far and you can certainly increase it with proper strategy. I also think that you need a better sales page. If possible take the help of an expert. Don't overload the stuff but keep it simple and appealing.

You're not getting sales because you offer no compelling reason to buy anything on the page. Whatever you're offering isn't at all clear. And if visitors are coming to this page from your home page the same thing applies, only worse, no reason to buy.

It's only vaguely apparant what you're selling. You mention a certificate. Okay, what's that? A secret code maybe? Do you think your visitors know? I'd guess it's a language course of some kind, maybe teaching English, but who knows? With that in mind, you've also got some issues with typos or spelling errors on both pages. Not too cool if you're selling an educational program. Good luck.
