Default How to know if info is unique.

Im new to this. When submitting articles they are supposed to be original or unique. With the massive amount of info how do article sites check for originality? Thanks

I use articlechecker.com and copyscape.com to check for duplicate content / text online.

I also use articlechecker.com as it's free. I believe there's a small fee to register with CopyScape.

Article submission sites will use "bots" to check for duplicate content. I think that duplicate content is not a bad then when your content is slightly duplicate of somebody else's...however, search engines can block you or "ghost" you if you use the same content yourself. For example if two people are part of some system and they both write articles that say pretty much the same thing, nothing "bad" so to speak will happen, but if you yourself submit something that is verbatim or almost verbatim to try to build more anchor links get better SEO, then that is something to try to avoid because the "bots" can find you.
