Gary Halbert - Human Engineering

So...I was watching the master on YouTube and came up on this Video..

‪Gary Halbert: Live at The System - Human...

It's 4 minutes and Gary only talks for 2 minutes and then the video is over with no part 2. I tried Google but was unable to find more information on Gary's topic of Human Engineering.

If any warriors out here can explain it further or better still give me a couple of examples, I would be grateful...

PS: If you have a video or an article on this topic by Gary - that would be super cool

Based on what's here, my guess (guess) is he's talking about a larger category which includes social engineering, NLP or whatever, but also just plain research and knowing who your customer is and being on their wavelength.

However social engineering is relevant and not talked about nearly enough.

Go read Cialdini.

@ Joe & John_S Gary covers both Social Engineering and Human Engineering as two separate topics -

@ Vincenzo - I've read Cialdini more than once

and based on what Gary was saying, there's a difference, although it's still a mystery...

I guess I'll keep at it...thanks all the same warriors.

Ask yourself, what can you include in your copy to change a prospect in some way and make him more apt to buy?

Well, you can change his state of mind.

And you can inflame his emotions.

That's probably where he was going with it.
