are there any standard Disclaimers and other legal statements (terms of use) available I can use for ebooks I wrote?

You can google "free disclaimer" or free privacy policy.

A couple of things to remember when you're Googling for disclaimers, terms of use, etc.

1. Verify the source - ideally it should be from a site which specialises in legal documents as its main business.

2. Make sure the document you intend to use is licensed for free use, and retain any required back links.

3. Make sure that the document you choose is up to date.

4. Verify that it is written subject to the laws of the country or legal jurisdiction where your server is hosted - which for the purposes of the law, is where your Internet business is located.
