Famous Copy Writers sample's of their Press Releases

Does anyone have a sample of famous and not so famous copy writers sample of a Press Release?

From the legendary copy writers to the unknown, all I ever seen of their work in sales or promotions is sales letters, announcements, copy letter, but I have never seen any of these guys write like a journalist or reporter style Press Release.

I'm not talking about the informercial kind like with a fake news caster, fake talk show pundit or fake investigative reporter interviewing the source of the news.

My understanding of a Press Release and its power is that is feels, looks and reads like a genuine reporter, journalist or feature news story in a magazine or news paper that actually looks like it might come from the AP wire.

No hint of sales, hyperbole or set up for a pitch.

I looked, but can't find a household name copywriter or any other with any old or past samples of that type of Press Release.

If you could show an old one with maybe a known copywriter, that would be nice.

That was a pretty good sample.

It looked like a feature story in a magazine or newpaper, hardly no detection of "sales" , pitch or sale-sy.

But I don't normally , or ever, see known past and present copywriters have samples of that type, only sales letters, pitch letters, ad campaigns.

I'm guessing you did not intend that as an insult. You may not know me, but I'm very well-known in some circles as both a past and present copywriter.

I've read some of your stuff, you're one of the all time best.

I also enjoyed your video on your youtube site...looks like you really have a great way of life where you live.

Of course not.

Do you see the sales page of WSO's? THAT's what I am talking about seeing from any copy writer.

All I was saying is you can't use that style in a news style Press Release and most copy writers that I have seen mostly show samples of WSO ad type styles of their work.

In other words, the sample you just showed me, I don't see other copy writers, known or not, have that style as a sample, only the sales pitch style or "offer you can't refuse" style.
