21 stands out as more "pro" looking, I have no idea why.

I like the first one better. The contrast of the black and white calls my attention and stands out more to me. It feels a bit cleaner as well. I think they are both great, though. Curious, I've seen logos, full sites, etc. on 99designs but have never seen a book cover. What price did you put on it to get these great designs? |

I did a little research lately for a friends business and found that people significantly prefer cool colours in their background, especially blue. Going off that I'd say the second one. However it isn't just about the colour scheme, I think the layout and way the words have been placed and accented are more powerful for #21. The second one loses the important of the word secrets. If it isn't a secret, I could probably figure it out on my own. Go for #21. The only thing that matters is whether or not the advertising - in this case the book cover - makes them buy.

It looks like I might be the odd-ball out this time around...I like the "Swinging Balls" book better! ![]() #21 looks like so many of the other books that I've got on my bookshelf of Self-help books...and it's NOT a small library! ![]() Maybe because it has "motion" in the swinging red ball ready to cause "Action" with the others...as well as the cliche of swinging a pendulum or watch in front of the "subject's" eyes! ![]() And, Yes! Of course, I would Love a copy of what looks like a VERY interesting book! ![]() Thanks in Advance! ![]() Ruben |

It doesn't hurt to play all the cards, and to play them to the tune of human psychology. But I did say that the layout for #21 made a more powerful message that would translate to better selling power.

21! I'm not sure if I can call a book cover web 2.0, but 21 is going in that direction! The other one looks a bit dated and not very appealing.

Blue, blue, blue cover - that is my color of preference. Design is beautiful too - eye catcher. So... #76 By boedishm does it for me |

My vote is #21 hands down. The headline leaps out at you and the subheadline text remains legible. The color scheme looks more professional & businesslike. Finally, the pendulum graphic doesn't do anything for me -- it certainly doesn't connote of hypnotism or mesmerism. I would like a copy, btw.

21 looks really nice as it looks professional and what you expect to see on a book store. Also the design looks like it's already a best seller =) |

I like 76 still, I can hear the hypnotic click of the balls just by looking at the cover, it really represents the title. The other is really good too, both could be winners, I just like 76 better. And yes I would like to take you up on your offer of a copy when it's released..Thanks |
