Default Copywriting: Conversion Diversions

What are some of the top conversion diversions you notice that stops or hinders sales letters, ads or landing pages from converting?

Here's a few of my quick thoughts:

1. No proof early on -- I want to have proof of you and your product quickly.

2. A website that looks like, "Hey look at my chincy Wordpress site".

3. Misspelled words or poor punctuation.

4. An obvious affiliate site.

5. A sales letter that drones on and on and on about why the price is so cheap -- and how this is a one time offer, and you better hurry.

6. Pages that keep having pop-ups to remind me about their crappy offer.

Just my thoughts.
