Default What is the best way for preselling?

Hi everyone,

I have a copy of Paul Hancox's Preselling Mastery. Excellent material to use.

Do you know about any other material or resources for preselling?

Best,

Thomas O'Malley

I will answer my own question.

Definitely use Paul Hancox's Presell Mastery.

I would also study and use the good information in several books on content marketing. Check out, for example, Content Marketing for Dummies. This book gives you a good overview of content marketing.

When you combine these resources with more specific information on various preselling tactics, such as blogging, you should be able to set up an effective preselling system.

Thanks for all the input from my fellow warriors.

One way is in the form of a sincere review...suppose I was selling (affiliate) a product with headline "Make 100,000 in 30 days" (I use this because such an unbelieveblae headline).

I might say to my list (or traffic that comes to my presell web page)...

I found a great product for nebies that want to make their 1st profit online...at first I was skeptical but was pleasantly surprised when ...(describe product)...

Now when you go to the page you're going to see in the headline "Make 100,000 in 30 days"...well I didn't, and sure you won't either..BUT I DID make $100 in 3 days and $100 per day after that (or whatever the true numbers are)...

That's a good point. It's a preselling tactic called "Damaging Admission" where a down-fault is mentioned which alludes to another benefit and builds credibility in the recommendation.

To the OP...Preselling is a tactic I use and have spent the better part of my marketing career trying to better understand and maximize effectiveness with.

I have never taken a course on the subject but rather learned through practice, testing, trial, and error (and studying copywriting/persuasion).

I'm creating my own course on the subject and I've got TONS of recording time already finished. Of course, I'll recommend THAT to you when I launch it haha
