Comfort is crucial element before you can make people buy anything that you want to offer. This is why we have 10 days autoresponder series.

But do you know there are few things that you can do easily to increase the comfort level between you and your customers.

First technique: is to find similarity. People have same feelings and trust each other because they have commonality - they have same jobs, same problems, same friends, same school...

This is a great way to open your sales letter. You can tell a story about your struggle in regard with your customers problem. This is a great way to build comfort.

Advanced technique: more advanced technique is to use what called cold reading. Cold reading has been used successfully by many fortune tellers throughout ages. The reason fortune teller has become so popular is because people love to be told what they want to be told about themselves.

Maybe your customers has a general dream that they can get from your product such as becoming basket ball pro, or millionaire, or having playmate as girlfriend.

Let's take an example:

Let's say your product is about dating. You can open with how you can feel their loneliness. How they day always cloud. And it has nothing to do with who they are, physical attractiveness or the like...How they dream to get the right girl just a moment away...

When you use cold read, describe their emotion and felling.

An extended guarentee of the services makes many people more comfortable.

But you are correct, empathy works a treat, and it is even better if you have been there seen it and done it.
