Hello, Thanks in advance for your advice. It is greatly appreciated! Here is our landing page (I can't post links yet, so please delete the spaces when pasting to your browser): fx-matrix.maddogtrading . com Also, here is an example of the posts I use in forums to direct prospects to our landing page (link removed here also): www . trade2win.com/boards/forex-discussion/51084-mdt-s-forex-analysis-forex-matrix-algorithm . html We provide a forex trading service consisting of a trading algorithm that calculates precise entry and exit points so that traders can accurately anticipate market movements. Our software is used to trade money for our clients daily, and we are offering it for use by traders who want to manage their own trades. Thanks again and I look forward to your replies. |

It's not a bad start. There are a few tweaks that you might like to make that'll have you converting like crazy though. 1. There is too much emphasis all over the page. All the text on the page is oversized, which makes me think you aren't really sure what you want to emphasize. Tone it all down and have no more than two headers on a page this size. The second header should be considerably smaller than the first. You want the first thing to be the header, which needs to catch the readers attention. Right now all you have is a product name, which won't do well. Try something like, "Interested in learning to trade Forex? Let me show you how in just three days!" This headline isn't amazing, but it will catch the attention of people who are new to Forex and looking to learn. 2. The design reminds me of the early 90's. Find a cheap designer that can put together a good design for you. People want to stay on a page that is easy on the eyes. You can find a decent designer to do this for you for less than $50. 3. Stick with just one list The two separate lists on the page confuses the eye. This goes back to number one. What do you want to emphasize the most? The bonus or the product? Probably the bonus. 4. Use images that evoke emotion The image on the left throws me off. It obviously has something to do with Forex, but what exactly? Try to find images (stock.xchng - the leading free stock photography site) that will show people what happens when they succeed in Forex. Pictures of money piles, happy people, beaches... something like that. I hope this short list helps you out. Feel free to send me a PM once you've made changes and I'll take a look over it again for you! |

3 things... a) Not enough information b) Not enough credibility c) Not enough proof Additionally, too much of that small print text at the bottom could easily make one suspicious. May I ask what your closing strategy is? It looks to me like you're capturing leads through this page and converting them over the phone. If that is the case, then your copy will need to have the three things I suggested above to get more opt-ins... and eventually more sales. And yes, your page can definitely do well with a better design. Hope this helps, Dean Dhuli. |

I wasn't able to load either your forum post or your landing page. Landing page brought me to a 400, and the forum post brought me to a sign up page. I will say that the very large, very blue, and very obnoxious pop up ad that kept assaulting my screen at the forum URL was a real turn off. |

Maybe it's my monitor but my eyes are hurting. Too bright or too big of a font. A bit more subtle would do better I think

The extended small print text is a required in our industry, which is federally regulated to an extent that few other industries are. With that in mind, we cannot offer much in terms of proof without a high risk of running into trouble with the NFA. However, we can offer more information and more credibility. | |

I dunno... This: www . trade2win.com/boards/forex-discussion/51084-mdt-s-forex-analysis-forex-matrix-algorithm . html takes me to the sign in page of the forum, not directly to your post. And this: fx-matrix.maddogtrading . com takes me to a bad page request (aka 400). If I take away the fx-matrix prefix, I can bring up maddogtrading, no problem. |

I think it's to simple landing page and you must tell more about the system or product.

Hey there... My initial impression was it looked unprofessional and therefore lacking in credibility. I agree with much that has already been said, above. I'll offer a few more points: 1. I'd get a nice, professional-looking header graphic. Appropriate to your market and product, of course. Sidebar: There are no borders at all on your page. It has a psychologically unpleasant effect on readers. I read something quite a while ago about that. Can't recall the specifics, but the complete lack of borders, anywhere, tends to make people feel uneasy and uncomfortable. 2. In the interest of making a cleaner appearance, you may consider hyperlinking your disclaimer and getting rid of all that small print at the bottom. 3. For increased credibility and professional appearance... have a 'Contact' link to a way for people to contact you. 4. The graphic commands more attention than it should, and it also increases the overall "noise" factor which is distracting. I'd go with an appropriate graphic in the header and one other graphic, see below. 5. You may wish to consider increasing your process to one more step to obtain the person's phone number some other way. Asking someone for their number right off the bat is scaring people away. Or if they sign-up, I imagine some do not include their number unless your script requires it before proceeding. 6. As another suggestion, you may want to include some kind of free report in the optin process. They can join for free and get some "good" info, as well. Obviously that way you can follow-up with them and convert more. 7. I've read credible research that supports having the optin box at the bottom right of the header. As unobtrusive as possible. The result of this location was increased optins. Right now your optin is at the very bottom of the page which is the worst place to put it. If someone has a small monitor, it could very likely be below the fold which is not good. 8. If you don't want to do that, I've seen some testing with reports of increased optins when a graphic of the business owner was placed very near the optin box. So make several landing pages and test them. 9. The top row of benefit bullets: A. Benefit font is too large. B. The do not convey enough compelling benefit. 10. Lose all the exclamation points. Especially the 3 in the subhead. 11. The special bonus offer: A. It is a little confusing. Is the bonus for signing-up? I presume it is. But it's not clear. B. How does the training work? Over the phone? C. For more credibility, if possible (with smaller font overall) mention something about this pro money manager like credentials, even a pic, etc. Test everything, always. Take care... |
