How to create PDF file for report

Hi,
can someone guide me, how can I get a PDF - file and to write a free report on that?
Is there any free one or what would be a reasonable cost?

Are you asking for a software to create a PDF file?

If so, Open Office does everything for free.

If you use windows you can just install the windows pdf add on. If you don't have windows you can just open office which has this built in and it is free.

Download the free Warrior PDF software on this forum.

If you use a Mac, you have superior PDF functionality already built right into the core of the operating system.

Just choose "Save as PDF" when you go to print the document...

On my windows machine I have Acrobat Pro, but if I didn't I'd probably look to install a similar PDF print driver.
