It's really hard to read, let alone critique, a huge block of text sitting there out of context in a forum post.

You've got all this technical skill, what's all the difficulty in putting up a link that works?

Well, I also read an error page and I have to agree with
Ken Strong. Help WF people help you and we'll all get along
a lot better: mutual support and all that.

You do mention that it's a technical letter, but ask yourself
this, don't technical people deserve clarity too? I'm asking
because, as a non technical person, the following phrase
is a tad ... perplexing:

Zzzz! Huh? Whatsaht? I deny everything. Oh, sorry, nodded
off a bit there.

For any non tech head reading you letter it's a case of, "Houston?
We've had a problem!" Consider your reader. And if this is just for
techheads, fine.

But you might want another version. In plain English.
For regular people. Just a thought.

This is a copywriting forum.

You've got posted what reads like "patch notes".

I am trying to be nice here, but it's coming across like you want us to write copy for you. If you want that to happen, I hope you've got a few grand spare because that's what most of us charge (if not a hell of a lot more!).

If you want to write copy, get some copywriting books, read them, absorb them, and come back in six months or so when you might have the basics down.

I'm still not understanding why a programmer is having such a tough time putting up a link we can access... besides, he hasn't been back in a week after posting the thread...
