$3000-$5000 will get decent. But ensure you ask to see their work BEFORE hand. Also, only PAY HALF up front, then the rest after you are SATISFIED with you product...

But why? If a marketer or product owner needs a copywriter, most of the time it's because they can't write copy or even know what good copy looks like.

Far better to speak to the copywriter's previous clients to find out the kinds of results you can expect
