Please review my site and help increase conversions- Will Pay

Hello Warriors,

I have built a site today and would like to increase conversions on my page. Please go through the whole site and suggest changes so that it converts well.

I am planning to add a video to the site explaining the whole process that I mentioned in the text.

The person that gives best ideas will receive $10 from me and I will announce the winner in this thread.

It has the same ring as " This isn't MLM"...as soon as I har that...I know it's something like an MLM.

Instead of "lecturing" readers on what works and what doesn't,
you can tell them all these things as part of a story... YOUR story.

To begin with, I see a blank dark left out space at the extreme right hand side.If you can make it a full screen kind of thing and remove the black left out space, the appearance of the site will improve.

Under the section"Do people really get paid for taking surveys?" I see you need to work on proper spacing.

Include testimonials. Testimonials with pictures make a better impression.

Most visitors do not read unless it is eye catching. As of now the site looks like a simple page with black and white contents and lacks eye catching ability. Use varying colors and add some good images to improve the appearance.

Overall, I feel the text contents are good and makes a person believe it is a honest one however the site lacks professional looks and the contents though good seems scattered all over the place. You may want to keep the same contents but work on the font. allignment, better headings, spacing and stuff like that.
