Default Is this compelling, or confusing?

This is short page.

Do you feel you get the gist of what is being offered, and perhaps feel compelled to want to know more? Or do you turn away in confusion and move on?

Can you say what you find compelling or confusing?

Thanks,
Fabian

For my money, it's not confusing or compelling. I guess you're offering a program or service for keeping track of ebooks and other files. Okay, tell me why I don't simply create a folder (as I already have) in My Documents and track them. As for the who, what, where, when, and why... I really don't care (but that's just me. others might find this useful). Opening the file will give me that info. Sorry to rain on your parade. Good luck!

I think I agree that a 'here's how it works' either video or screenshot sequence would help.

I did not find the basic concept confusing. I think I get the gist of what you are offering. But I guess what it offers that is better than simply putting documents/ebooks into folders is not quite as clear. Does it read some info from the properties of a PDF? Does it know the default filename of many ebooks?

Basically, if I've lost track of what ebooks I have, how exactly will this help me root them out and sort them out, quickly?

Here's my advice:

Get rid of the heder graphic, write a new headline and get rid of half the bullet points.

Header
Unless you can get a really professional looking one, it's better to go without it.

Headline
It's too "long" and very difficult to actually understand what it says. Shorter is almost always better.

Bullet points
3 powerfull bullets that commincate the 3 main benefits is all you need - especially in a short form salesletter like this.

You might want test a short intro paragraph to explain in "plain english" what this site actually does.
