Honestly I don't think there's anything wrong with this title - it's different than all the rest, that huge picture below it makes a big point - and you have to read a title like that cuz it's weird and makes you curious.

Of course if you give a shit about building muscles and all that you won't like anything of that. But I myself in fact do exercise to build muscles, and this got my attention - it sounds true.
