What are the Perils, Issues, and Downfalls of Taking On A Cub?

How's it going boys and girls?

question for the masters who have taken in some kind of cub or apprentice.

I'm in need of a mentor, but wanted to know what all kind of issues you've had with taking someone on.

Before I go on the hunt or jump under any wings - I want to make damn sure I've got my ducks in a row.

So what issues have you ever had with little copy cubs?

are they lazy, horrible listeners, not ready for slave labor, smell like old stale molasses, do they suck the life out of you?

what are some of the worst experiences you've had?

Also, what were your reasons for taking someone on?

What did they offer you in return?

I'm just about ready to buckle down and take a copy-style beating from someone who is willing and able.

Relocate and all, but once again - want to hear what you guys have to say.

Let me know, thanks!

I've had several, and it boils down to this: people are people.

People have strengths and weaknesses. Both manifest themselves in any professional or personal relationship.
