A weird [yet proven] source of copywriting clients

Just wanted to share this source of copywriting clients: https://www.airbnb.com/
While not a obvious source of clients, you can mine this vein for "hosts" looking to lure more bookings through better copy [or, increase their fees]. Or better yet, you can use your marketing skills and beef up the offer.
For example: premium shampoos, hand washes, and expanded cable. Maybe even highlight the house has super-duper extreme wi-fi speed.
You might even think of some type of upsell to offer.
If you are clever, as in you can think a little bit, you can figure out how to better monetize the people who book a listing. What else might a traveler need in addition lodging?
Or, for the hosts will lots of reviews, how can you monetize that list of people who previously rented from them?
