"Cyberspace Clerks desired as shortly as feasible"

I was poking around my local Craigslist and ran across the deliriously
funny headline. I just watched "Soylent Green" last night and recently
we picked-up some old science fiction paperbacks with those
fluid oil-painted covers with nubile porcelain-skinned space goddesses
on them.

Somehow the pairing of "cyberspace" with "clerks" brought-to-mind
Kafka-esqu imagery (think Terry Gilliam's "Brazil"). Added to that
is the double-entendre of "shortly" and I see dwarf cyberspace
clerks wearing those old-school clerk visors and the white shirtsleeves...

As a copywriting geek I can't resist loving this ad, if only for it's
character.

Here's the ad itself. Not quite so funny as the headline.

I'm delighted you get my sense of humor, Brian.

Advertising should be fun. To study, anyway. It's far too
obnoxious and volatile as a career choice if your don't
    find it entertaining.

Claude Hopkins even mentions it should be fun... he of the
    itchy gray suits.

      @Loren - haha!
Reminds me of the book, Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy -where the Earth was about to be demolished to make way for an Intergalactic highway...

"Cyberspace Clerk - Earth based - Required To Process Planning Emails For New Interstellar Freeway" :-)
What sort of response would that get?

Keep'em coming... that YouTube video was all about you discovering a time tunnel to the past, wasn't it?
