What Goes Into the Last Two Emails in An Autoresponder Series

When writing a series of emails (say 8) what approach do you like to take with the last two emails to close people who haven't bought yet?
(The series I'm writing now is for online courses for medical office skills).

    Your last emails needs to be tougher than the previous emails because
    the prospect hasn't responded yet. Much like a debt collection letter,
    the first one may be a "kind reminder" that you missed your payment but
    the later ones may threaten you with a lawsuit if you don't pay up.

    With such a series, you have nothing to lose by being tough because
    your series is about to end anyway, so need to worry about offending
    at that point. Of course by "tough" I don't mean insult them but let
    them know they are losing out and you're puzzled why they have not
    responded.
