VSL or Long Form?

I was wondering if a combo of both would work best or if you guys had a preference one way or the other?

I am launching a product on CB in the fitness industry and most seem to lead with a VSL and then if you try to close the page it redirects to the long form salesletter.

Thoughts?

BTW, if anyone has experience in the fitness industry on CB PM me as I might have some work for you.

    I assume you'll be using paid traffic... in that case, the best thing to do is to just split-test that. -Cam
