How Can I Write a Sales Letter for a Collaboration?

Hi,

I have to write down a sales letter for a collaboration with a company.

So I don't have to sell anything but instead offer the possibility to earn something without any effort and zero costs.

The business owner should just demonstrate our products to his clients.

Should I explain to him what product we sell in details or just tell him a vague idea?

You aren't really giving any detail. Not enough that anyone can actually help. They might spout something from their soapbox.

(the conversation already going on in their own mind)

Give more details. Or not. It's Friday.
      This.

I have no clue what you're asking, honestly. That makes my best answer something along the lines of:

      "What should I write?"

      "Stuff?"

I don't know what WSO is.

Anyway I sell water purification systems and I want to collaborate with SPA Centers to sell our products.

They have to show our products to their clients for a week and if anyone buy our products we give the 20% of the profits to the business owner.

Think for a moment about what you're asking.

A customer of a spa books a half a day of rest, relaxation, rejuvenation and pampering.

A massage, a facial, 30 minutes in the sauna, an anti-aging treatment, a mud bath, a colonic, etc.

Do you think these types of services are conducive opportunities for a soft pitch for a water filtration system?

Just asking. If I was pitched anything while I'm trying to relax, I'd strangle someone.

Yes but our system is a water ionizer. It makes alkaline water which provides a whole series of benefits to the body.

So after a sauna or whatever a client could just drink a glass of this water then a promoter would pitch him...at least we thought so.

Basically, he's wants to write a letter which offers an opportunity to joint venture with his company.

I don't know what industry/market he's in, but those kinds of relationships are well established as OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) or distributors or manufacturer representatives.

It's a pretty straightforward deal, commission only, assuming there's a fit and mutual desire.
