Hi All,

I'm a song writer

can anybody tell me how to copywrite my songs

    Hi Jack,

There's only one way to do this so it will legally hold up in court...

First you need to have a picture of yourself taken while recording the song...

Then you have that picture published in your local newspaper. After that, you have a picture taken of yourself holding the copy of the newspaper with the picture on it of you writing the song...

You then take the picture of the picture of you holding the newspaper, put it into a 3x5 envelope and mail it to yourself.

Once you receive the envelope in the mail, take a picture of yourself holding the envelope (This is so you can prove the date you wrote the song).

Next, you take a .45 pistol (A .22 won't work)... Take the barrel, point it at my head and...

    Good luck,

    -Scott

P.S. You can't use the chords A, G, and C... At least not in that order. I "copywrited" that over 3 years ago.
