Feedback For Consulting Sales Page

I am working on creating a consulting business for dog business owners.

I'm looking for some feedback on this part of my letter.

This is suppose to be the "agitate the pain" portion.

Was trying to implement something I read about avoiding the "it's not your fault" approach.

Opinions and thoughts for improvement?

According to The American Pet Products Association (APPA) an estimated $62,000,000,000 will be spent on pets in 2016.

Yup, that number’s correct, 62 BILLION DOLLARS!

The pet industry is the seventh largest retail industry in the U.S., exceeding the jewelry, candy, toy and hardware industries.

It’s also one of the FASTEST GROWING industries expanding about 6% a year.

Numbers don’t lie, and we have definitive PROOF that people are willing to spend BIG MONEY on their pets.

If you want to earn six figures with your dog business in the next 12 months, do you know how much of that $62 billion market you need to capture?

Here’s a hint, you don’t need 1%.

And you don’t need 0.1% either.

In order to bring your business to $100,000 per year, you only need to capture a mere 0.00016% of the market, that’s it.

If that seems like an extraordinarily small figure, that’s because it is!

If Other Dog Businesses Are Experiencing SKY ROCKETING Profits, Then Why Aren’t You?

The truth is, you should be.

I’m sorry if this upsets you, but I’m going to be perfectly honest with you here.

If you aren’t making a MINIMUM of six figures with your dog business, it’s your fault.

I don’t control your business, your neighbor doesn’t control your business, and your dog most certainly doesn’t control your business.

The only person that can be held responsible for your success or failure is YOU!

Regardless of what you have tried in the past, or what you are currently trying, if you aren’t getting the results you want, you can make a decision right now to transform your business, your income, and your lifestyle.

Whether you’re just starting out, struggling with an established business, or just want to bring your income to the next level, I’m about to share with you some of the BEST NEWS EVER.

I’ve “cracked the code” to running successful dog businesses and now I want to share that information with you.

Think about what would your life look like with an extra 4 - 5 figures per month.

Think about about nice it would be to not have to live “month to month” and have some financial security knowing you make more in one month then most people make in three.

You may not want to use the "it's not your fault" line, and that's fine.

But generally the opposite "it's your fault" is sales letter death.

    One other observation...

Drilling down on the minuscule percentage doesn't work. Stating that $100,000 is 0.00016% of the $62 billion pet market is meaningless to your prospects.

Hm how come you say it is meaningless?

You don't think that by stating it's such a small amount it can make a potential customer feel like "Wow if that's all I need then this is realistic / I can do it." ?

      Nope.

That's not how a typical business person thinks.

They think, "How many sales do I have to make to reach <whatever dollar amount>?"

Describing the <whatever number> simple steps to making $100,000 a year (or something similar) would be more effective.
